VA Sand Training offers a unique opportunity to master and refine your skills in the game of sand volleyball. You'll learn specialized techniques tailored for the sand court, expand your game knowledge, and enhance your abilities to elevate both your sand and indoor volleyball performance.
These leagues are strictly game play. There is no training or practices, but a chance to come have fun with friends and players who all share the same love and passion for the game. And would rather play sand volleyball than be inside during the summer!
There are Girls/Women's Doubles and Co-Ed Quads.
See what tournaments are being offered in Lynchburg at our very own sand courts! This is a great opportunity to keep playing and enjoying the sand between your toes!
King/Queen of the Beach (KOB/QOB) Tournaments are individual sand volleyball events where players register individually, not as a team. Athletes are paired with different partners each round, competing against various opponents throughout the event. Players earn points for themselves based on match results, and the individual with the highest total points at the end is crowned King or Queen of the Beach. This format challenges players to adapt to different partners, showcase all-around skills, and grow their volleyball IQ in a fun, competitive environment.
