FALL 2021 – MIDDLE SCHOOL LEAGUE 5TH-7TH GRADE

(Please note the change of dates as it has been pushed back one week due to many teams extending their season)

Season will run October 13th – November 12
Individual Fee: $225 (includes t-shirt, practices and competition)
Sibling discount: $200
Co-ed teams of 6 players
No tryouts
Play 4 on 4 on shorter court with lighter ball and lower nets
Sponsorships: If you would like to have your business or someone you know become a sponsor, they will be included on the back of our shirts. If a gold sponsor (see below), their banner will be displayed in our gym.
Volunteer coaches needed. – no experience necessary.
- Coaches must attend the first practice to speak with the HOV led coach and go over what the coaches roll will look like.

All practices will take place at HOV Indoor Center (2183 Sunnymeade Road, Rustburg VA 24588)
Practices will be lead by an HOV Master Coach
First practice is October 13th. Practices will be held every Monday and Wednesday from 5:30-7 (except on November 10th when there will be a game instead of practice). All teams will practice together.

All Matches will take place at HOV Indoor Center (2183 Sunnymeade Road, Rustburg VA 24588)
Matches will be from 5:30-7:30pm on October 22, 29, Nov 5 and November 10 and 12.
