Parking: Parking is Free:  There is parking onsite, as well as street parking.  IF you park in the grassy area - please be reminded that if the grass gets wet it can be difficult to maneuver so parking in the grassy area is at your own risk.

Concessions:  No Concessions will be onsite

Chairs:  Spectator seating is provided, please be courteous and give up your seat to those watching the current match.  Pop up Chairs with Rubber feet are allowed but NOT on the Courts - please be respectful of the facility rules and move your chair if requested. Stadium seats for bleachers are also allowed.

Coolers: No Coolers allowed.  No tents allowed in the parking lot either

SPECTATOR INFORMATION

Spectator Notes for all Locations

Our goal is for all participants to be able to enjoy the event as much as possible which means that we ask for all participants to please be kind and courteous to all staff, officials, players, coaches and parents.

• Wristbands are good for ALL locations but if you lose your wristband you will have to purchase a new one.
• Ball Handling is allowed on the volleyball courts only
• Coolers and Food Tables are NOT allowed
• Seating is Primarily for Spectators not players - please be courteous and leave available seating for Parents/Spectators who's players are actively participating!
• There will be a NO TOLERANCE policy for misbehavior by players/teams and spectators in the venues.  If you are disrespectful to any official, officiating team or staff member you will be excused from the event with no refund. 
• Spectators are not to talk to, yell at or correct the officiating team as these are minors and many of them are young. 
• Violation of these policies or any other general misbehavior's may result in IMMEDIATE dismissal from the facility for the remainder of the day as per the tournament directors discretion.

Video Recording

Parents - if you video your team - please make sure you are recording from OPPOSITE of the Bench.  No Video or fans are allowed behind the bench as per USAV Rules.

COACHES INFORMATION

Coaches Check In

• CHECK IN TIMES TBD
• Head coach, Club Director, Assistant coach or Team Rep are more than welcome to do a teams check in.   Coaches MUST have wristbands for entry after check in is complete so it is whomever does the check in's responsibility to get the bands to the rest of their coaches
• Coaches bands will be given out for each coach (not chaperone's or team rep) on a roster with a maximum of three (duplicates will not be given).
• Rosters will be provided if they are completed by Thursday.  Otherwise coaches need to bring a copy of their roster with AAU Numbers showing!
• ALL PLAYERS AND COACHES MUST HAVE AN AAU MEMBERSHIP - Please make sure that this information is completed and reflected correctly on your rosters as you WILL be required to write in any missing numbers or your player will be ineligible to play!

Officiating Assignments

• Please make sure to see if you have an officiating assignment prior to your first match of the day.  When possible, we try to have teams in new brackets officiate rather than having the previous loser officiate from a completed bracket;
• At times we utilize the "Previous Winner" rather than the "previous loser" to help with the flow of a bracket.  This allows us to finish the tournament with the last match scheduled to end earlier rather than later.
• On Sunday, you should always assume that if you lose, you ref the next match, regardless of what bracket or age division you are reffing.

Things to Note:

• All three way ties in a pool of four are broken in the following order:
  • Head-to-Head
  • Set Percentage
  • If two teams remain tied after set percentage, then we return to head to head. If all three teams remain tied, we go to.....
  • Point percentage. If two teams remain tied after that, we go to head-to-head
• The tournament reserves the right to move any match in order to keep the tournament on schedule. If your court is behind on Sunday, please stay in the facility in the event we need to make this change.

DOORS WILL NOT OPEN UNTIL 7AM so please do not arrive before then.  We also ask that you do not arrive more than an hour prior to your start time for vehicle and spectator traffic flow.

FORMAT

This will be a standard two-day event, pool play on Saturday followed by bracket play on Sunday, with all teams guaranteed a minimum of five matches

3-Way Tie Breaking Procedures

• Set Percentage
• If there are still two teams tied after comparing sets, it goes to Head-to-Head
• If there is still a 3-way tie, after comparing sets the tie is broken by points.
• If there are still two teams tied after comparing points, it goes to Head-to-Head.
