WAVES - TBD

DOORS WILL NOT OPEN UNTIL 7AM so please do not arrive before then.  We will not allow early entry for rain or snow so please do not come prior to 7am - players have plenty of time to warm up before their 8am match.

Parking can become an issue in the afternoon due to early arrivals so PLEASE do not arrive until an hour prior to your start time.  The Rock Hill Event Center has plenty of parking if everyone arrives at their assigned entry times.

FORMAT

• Pool Play on Saturday, Bracket play on Sunday.
• Three way tie-breakers will be broken in the following order: Set Percentage, if two teams remain tied then it goes to head to head between those two teams, if three teams remain tied it goes to point percentage, if two teams remain tied after that then it goes head to head for those two teams. We will not play out ties in pools.
• Unless otherwise specified, all matches are best of 3, with 2 sets to 25 (no cap) and a 3rd set (if necessary) to 15 (no cap).
• The Game ball is the Molten Flistatec.

• Please do NOT arrive more than 1 hour prior to your wave time - we need time to clear courts and lots.
• Park at Deck A and *new* Deck B.  Both facilities are now gateless. $5 per day
• Pay Virtual payments, upon arrival only – Download App, Scan QR Code, Text to Pay (P3406), or Call To Pay (844-236-2011) upon arrival.
• Pay by vehicle plate information, before you leave your vehicle.  24/7 License Plate Enforcement, routine patrols.
• The plate of your vehicle is scanned upon entry and exit to ensure payment compliance.  Nonpayment will result in enforcement, including additional fees for noncompliance.

SPECTATORS

Spectator Notes

• Doors Open at 7am and 2pm - please do not come for your wave time more than an hour early.
• Wristbands are required for Entry - if you lose your wristband, you will have to purchase a new one.
• There will be a NO TOLERANCE policy for misbehavior by players/teams and spectators in the venues. Ball Handling is allowed on the volleyball courts only - DO NOT ALLOW PLAYERS TO HIT BALLS AGAINST THE WALL!
• Coolers and Food Tables are NOT allowed
• Chairs are not allowed - seating will be provided.
• Violation of these policies or any other general misbehavior's may result in IMMEDIATE dismissal from the facility for the remainder of the day.
• Video Recording:  Parents - if you video your team - please make sure you are recording from OPPOSITE of the Bench.  No Video or fans are allowed behind the bench as per USAV Rules.
