Welcome to rec league 2024! We are excited to announce that we have over 330 girls participating in this rec league this season. We went from 25 teams last year to 33 teams this year.

Schedules and rosters will be in each age groups page. We are working on practice times with coaches and they should be reaching out to shortly.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

Game Location: HOV - 337 Lakeview Drive, Madison Heights VA 24572

Practice Locations may vary: Liberty University - Lahaye Recreation Center, HOV, and other practice facilities chosen by specific coaches (these will be listed as soon as I am made aware)

Seating for Games: We have limited chairs, so please make sure to bring your own chairs and seating. 

Drinks: Please do not bring in Stanley cups with straws or any cups that cannot be completely closed  (ex: canned soda, stanley cups with straws, dunkin donut, starbucks, etc) into the gym facility. You will be asked to bring them back to your car. This also includes players with Stanley's that have straws. WE WILL NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS, so please do not ask. 

Concessions: We will be selling snacks, drinks, candy and volleyball gear at HOV during the games. So enjoy shopping!
