Kara Matthews, our recruiting director, has been with Heart of Virginia Volleyball for over 10 years. She stepped into our Recruiting Director role within the last 2 years. This has been an ever growing need for our players and it is exciting to see where she will go with out players. Kara Matthews is going into her 10th year as the Head Coach of Randolph Volleyball and added the title of Senior Woman Administrator in September 2019.
