Brittany Dray started her volleyball coaching career in 2014 as the HOV 12s assistant coach. She has continued to coach at HOV for the past seven years. In the years following her role as the assistant 12s coach, Brittany became the head coach for 13 Regional, 14 National, 15 National, and most recently 16 National. During this time, Brittany has taken her teams to Big South, NEQ, and Capitol Hill to compete at the open level. She has had teams finish second in 14 Open and third in 16 Open at Monument City, a fifth-place finish in 16 Open in Capitol Hill, and an 11th and a 13th place finish in 14 Open at NEQ. Brittany has also been the Assistant Coach for varsity volleyball at Rustburg High School for the past six years where she was a part of the 2021 Class 3A State Volleyball Championship team.
