Heart of Virginia offers motivated athletes high-level technical skills training and tactical instruction. Our positive learning environment fosters personal growth, development and a passion for the game of volleyball.

Included are a list of coaches that are passionate about the game of volleyball and passionate about teaching each athlete the skills they need to pursue the sport and develop a love for the game. 

Individual and group sessions focus on a variety of skills including passing, setting, hitting, serving, defense, serve receive, and blocking. Our instructors offer a wealth of coaching experience for all levels of players for all aspects of volleyball. 

Private lesson (individual): $45/hour

Group of 2: $40/hour

Group of 3 or 4: $35/hour
