How it works:
For your families to take advantage of the Pass you’ll need to ensure your organization:

· Sport is at a youth recreation-level
· Program/season lasts a minimum of four weeks
The family qualifications are:
· Child is enrolled in Medicaid, SNAP, or WIC

GIVING FOR A GOOD CAUSE WITH KIDS CAN SUCCEED.
Youths and parents apply online to KIDS CAN SUCCED in the GAME for “Sport Funds” of up to $50 to put toward the registration cost of kids’ activities of their choice costing $225 or less per season.
